Casting for the Following Shows:
DOG SONG Playwright: Caitlin Myers
A young couple take to the mountains to live out their dreams of pure, clean off-grid living. Unfortunately, their lack of technical skill is a little bit of an issue. Then there's the rent they owe their beautiful, mysterious landlady. Also, the coyotes that howl on the ridge seem to be getting bolder....but little obstacles like that never stopped a perfect couple on their homesteading journey. Right?? Besides, the earth is speaking if you care to listen. Right????
BÉNÉDICTION Playwright: Beverley Sylvester
A group of young women is clubbing at Bénédiction, a fancy Parisian nightclub, when what they thought was just a fun night abroad turns into an absurdist exploration of love, self acceptance, ritual, womanhood, and belief. As the night unfolds, these young women test the boundaries between fate and free will, coinciding with a breakdown in the fourth wall and an unraveling of time, which becomes nonlinear and unpredictable. Throughout the play, we witness rituals of love and acceptance while confronting our own beliefs about femininity, confession, and togetherness.
ROOTBOUND, A New Musical Playwrights: Zoe Howard & Stephen Anthony Elkins
In the hollows of Appalachia, where mist curls around the tree trunks and slips in through cracks in the windows and doors, something is amiss in the forest. When long-buried memories begin to resurface and Cordelia Spencer begins having nightmares of being lost among the trees, she seeks help from the local “granny witch” (a traditional Appalachian folk healer) who sets her on a journey to rediscover and reunite herself.
QUEERLY DEPARTED Playwright: Ian “El” Trutt
Three siblings (and their partners) reunite at their grandfather's funeral, but after someone urinates on his grave, the family unearths secrets about each other and their beloved Pop-Pop.

Auditions for Ordinary Days are coming up next week! All roles are available.
Tuesday, June 9, 2026, 6:00-9:00 PM.
Callbacks: Thursday, June 11 2026 6:00-9:00 PM.
Auditions will be at the APC Theater, inside Alpharetta Presbyterian Church, 180 Academy St., 30009.
From one of musical theatre's most exciting new composers comes Ordinary Days, a refreshingly honest and funny musical about making real connections in the city that never sleeps (but probably should at some point).
Ordinary Days tells the story of four New Yorkers whose lives intersect as they search for fulfillment, happiness, love and cabs. Through a score of vibrant and memorable songs, their experiences ring startlingly true to life. Ordinary Days is an original musical for anyone who's ever struggled to appreciate the simple things in a complex place. With equal doses of humor and poignancy, it celebrates how 8.3 million individual stories combine in unexpected ways to make New York City such a unique and extraordinary home.

After a shipwreck separates twins Viola and Sebastian, Viola disguises herself as a man to survive — setting off a wildly funny chain of mistaken identities, romantic confusion, and Shakespearean chaos.
Auditions: June 8-9, 2026
Production Dates: August 21–30, 2026 (6 performances)

Open Auditions for “The Addams Family – The Musical”
LCS Productions, the in-house theatre at the School Street Playhouse, is thrilled to announce open auditions for the production of the Award winning musical, “The Addams Family – The Musical”. Choreographed by Megan Tames and Musically Directed by Mark Schroeder.)
THE ADDAMS FAMILY, a comical feast that embraces the wackiness in every family, features an original story and it’s every father’s nightmare: Wednesday Addams, the ultimate princess of darkness, has grown up and fallen in love with a sweet, smart young man from a respectable family– a man her parents have never met. And if that wasn’t upsetting enough, Wednesday confides in her father and begs him not to tell her mother. Now, Gomez Addams must do something he’s never done before– keep a secret from his beloved wife, Morticia. Everything will change for the whole family on the fateful night they host a dinner for Wednesday’s “normal” boyfriend and his parents.

Experience a beloved holiday classic in a whole new way with It’s a Wonderful Life: A Live Radio Play. Based on Frank Capra’s iconic 1946 film, this inventive stage adaptation retells the timeless story of George Bailey, a man who takes a life-changing look back at his past on a snowy Christmas Eve.
Presented as a live 1940s radio broadcast, the production transports audiences to the golden age of radio. A talented ensemble of actors brings dozens of characters to life, shifting seamlessly between roles while live sound effects make the story unfold before your ears. With vintage microphones, live foley effects, and the spirit of a classic radio studio, the familiar journey through Bedford Falls becomes a theatrical experience full of imagination, humor, and heart.
